These terms apply to your use of Find My Loan Pro (findmyloanpro.com), operated by Mtg.Broker ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them.
1. A directory, not a lender
Find My Loan Pro is an advertising directory of mortgage loan officers. We are not a mortgage lender, mortgage broker, loan originator or financial adviser. We do not take applications, make credit decisions, arrange or negotiate loans, or quote rates or terms. Nothing on the site is an offer or commitment to lend.
2. Listings
Listings are written and maintained by the loan officers themselves. We check each officer's NMLS ID when a listing is created and require the officer to confirm their licensed states, but we do not verify every statement in a listing and we make no promise that any listing is accurate, complete or current. A listing is not an endorsement, recommendation or guarantee of any person, company, product or service. You are responsible for confirming a loan officer's license on NMLS Consumer Access and for evaluating any loan offered to you.
3. Your dealings with loan officers
Any communication or transaction between you and a loan officer is solely between you and that officer and their company. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for it.
4. Compensation
Loan officers pay Mtg.Broker a flat subscription fee for software that includes the listing. We receive no compensation for referrals, leads, applications or closed loans, and listing order is not based on payment.
5. Acceptable use
Do not scrape, copy or republish the directory in bulk, use it to send unsolicited marketing, or interfere with the site.
6. No warranty; limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mtg.Broker is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or from your dealings with any loan officer listed on it.
7. Changes
