About the listings. Each listing is written by the loan officer. We check the officer's NMLS ID when the listing is created and require the officer to confirm the states in which they are licensed, but we do not guarantee that any listing is accurate, complete or current, and a listing is not an endorsement or recommendation. Always confirm a loan officer's license on NMLS Consumer Access before you do business with them. Loan terms, rates, fees and eligibility are set by the loan officer and their company, not by Find My Loan Pro.
How we are paid. Loan officers are listed as part of a flat monthly software subscription to Mtg.Broker. We receive no fee, commission or other payment for referrals, applications or closed loans, and the order of listings rotates daily and is not based on payment. We do not collect, sell or share your personal information; you contact the loan officer directly.
